1. Return Window
You have 28 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us via email at info@ateamwc.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
- Non-Refundable: Original shipping costs ($6.95) are non-refundable.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies (usually 5-10 business days).
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product (e.g., a cracked safety goggle or a leaking cleaner bottle), please contact us immediately at (404) 671-2703. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee for returned items.
